I hired Mr Handyman to complete multiple jobs around a home I was selling. While a majority of the work was of good quality they left my house a complete mess leaving me to clean up after them. Specifically, they grouted the tiles without cleaning up, used the wrong color grout and there was no follow up. I could have used the time I had to take to clean up their mess (hours plus a trip to home depot for cleaning supplies) and completed many of the jobs on my own so the entire point of hiring them to take the time off my hands completely backfired. I called and spoke to the owner and they did refund for the grouting which is appreciated but nothing was taken into consideration for the hours of time i had to take to clean up a mess they created in addition to supplies I had to buy to clean up this disaster.
