Generally speaking the doctors are very good/excellent. The system is terrible. Getting an appointment, length of time before seeing a doctor or having a followup appt 2-3 moths isn't customer friendly.

Too many variables to answer for the general public. There's a thousand questions you need to answer. For example, are locations near and convenient to you. Are special care/needs services convenient for you. You would probably be better off speaking with a professional in the Healthcare market...
No. There is an urgent care at this facility and Good Samaritan, in the same complex, has an ER.

If you are going to Kaiser Permanente at Rock Creek, the hours are 8am to 6pm, that includes lab hours. If you are going Exempla / Good Samaritan hospital , the lab hours are 24/7
The lab is open weekdays.
