I've been a resident at Fenton Estates for a little over 2 years, Amy the manager has been so helpful. She has always answered any questions and or issues as well as works on getting things in a timely manner. Greg has done an amazing job keeping the building in great shape as well as show removal. I am very lucky to live in a community where the office staff cares.

After looking around quite a bit for apartments in Fenton, this one appeared last second in my search. I've been a resident for just over a month, first-time renter and first time living outside of the parents'. Fenton Estates is a wonderful choice for an apartment in the area, with rates that won't kill your wallet. I've had a great time here and I have no regrets!
