I've been living in a property from this company for 2 1/2 years now and we just got a new leasing manager. When I tell you she is the most nastiest, disrespectful, unsympathetic, unprofessional lady I've ever dealt with since moving into my house. No one from corporate has reached out after leaving g nu.erious messages with the president of the company and multiple employees at the corporate office. I am very disappointed with their lack of concern for their tenants.

Great place to live nice clean an secure maintenance on time with repairs if needed Management is nicean I can't stress it anymore very secure to live in make you feel like you live in the suburbs

What is the Process for Recertification for Friendship Meadows. Do I go over to the Management office and sign the same lease, and get the same copies I get every year?

Again. the Contract that MSHDA signed for me for Friendship Meadows to rent me a room. Is that Contract good as long as I live here, or do I have to sign a Lease every year with The Manager?

MSHDA is a separate entity from Friendship. You must complete a recertification for Friendship Meadows and resign a lease, every year. If you do not you are in jeopardy of losing your housing.

What is your policy for yearly recertification? if my Agency RPI or MSHDA have already sign a Contract with your company. do I have to resign every year, even though my agency have signed a contract?.

Yes your certification eith your housing agency is different than the one you conduct with the management company, which is required BY MSHDA
