We are happy that Mom is safe in this lovely building. We have found the staff to be mostly helpful and kind, esp the Medical Team (Linda!) who provide services only as we need them which I think keeps costs reasonable. The Affordable Housing options are wonderful and Shelbie shepherded us skillfully thru that process. It will never be the same as "home," but we - and Mom - are generally satisfied.

Every apartment community is different, however, Lockwood of Fenton has 40% of apartments set aside for Affordable Housing at lower rent. I hope this answers your question. If not, please contact the office for further discussion.
