DO NOT SIGN YOUR LEASE HERE!!!!!!!! THEY HAVE BROKEN MY LEASE TWICE in order to resolve a simple non-emergency work order. It’s been 10 months later and it STILL ISNT FIXED.. They claimed it states in the lease they have the right to enter without notice if there is an emergency, but NEVER ONCE was there an emergency. Right below that it CLEARLY STATES they are REQUIRED to give a 24 hour notice.. Lorraine Moller is a TERRIBLE property Manager, Paul Silva the OWNER wouldn’t even apologize for the unprofessional handle on the situation, only offered to break my lease early to let me out..

Would not recommend anyone rents through here. Move in date was changed three times, supposedly to put blinds in, yet I still didn't have them for the first two weeks. Maintenance will enter your apartment without notice, they wait so long to fix issues that some tenants lacked an entire wall in their unit while getting the AC fixed. My water was shut off a total of 4 times in one year. Property manager is rude and unhelpful, clearly unorganized and makes nonsensical suggestions to "fix" things in the units. Do not rent from crestview!

This is one of worst places to live. SLOW to fix anything. Amd or refuse to fix maintence issues. Constant turn over of maintenance. The public washer and dryers NEVER WORK, and are overpriced. Carbon monoxide units are installed at the Ceiling so that not helping anyone. They refuse to clean common areas and walk ways with a washer. If you enjoy looking at months old garbage trails then this is the place for you.

Amazing place to live. Very nice updated apartments. Great maintenance team and property manager. Also about a mile away from the boat launch at lake Fenton and a few miles away from lake penoma

Rent increases every year without any real upgrades, aside from appearances. Currently in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, paying $945 a month including $25/month pet rent. At lease renewal, rent increases to $1000/month plus electricity and mandatory renters insurance. More if you have any pets. The walls are so thin between apartments and it seems like the mgmt is only interested in filling empty apartments without thinking about who they are moving in next to whom. The newest property manager, Lorraine, stays on top of things, which is nice. Do I think it's worth $1000 a month, though? Not for the age of the building and definitely not in this economy.
Not for sure
