I have a family member that works here. I mentioned to them that they need to be very careful because of a huge snow storm coming up on Wednesday and to call in if they’re unable to safely drive that day. The state issued warnings for our county to not drive unless it’s an emergency due to the state the roads are expected to be in. My relative told me that they cannot call in unless they want to receive a point on their attendance which I am absolutely appalled at! This company expects you to drive to work in frankly dangerous conditions?! Don’t they understand that an employee missing a day is better than an employee missing forever because they died in an accident? I am in management in the facility I work at and I would NEVER ask my employees to drive in such unsafe weather conditions and they would certainly not be docked points for doing what the state is recommending people to do. I guess creative foam thinks they are so important they can put their employees lives at risk in order to make their parts! I understand there are employees that will take advantage of situations like this and abuse the system but honestly, I’d rather one or two lazy employees get away with taking advantage than to have the other 100 good employees risk their lives to drive through a snowstorm! Seriously get it together and treat your employees like they’re people, not robots!

Hired in as a second shifter to be trained on first. After nearly 90 days of putting my health on home life on hold for them they drop me. Not a notice warning or otherwise. The entirety of my time there was spent being completely berated by the absolute most insufferable management I've ever seen offered to a factory environment. To their credit they do take safety seriously. And that is the only credit that could be given. DO NOT APPLY HERE. They'll use you and discard you at $13 an hour. Not one of the people hired in alongside me even made it as long. All fo them gave up on this place. I should have known better.
