Its on The upper Half of The list of. Nicer modular home parks to live in. Lake access gives it an edge above the rest. very clean and everyone keeps their homes very neat and tidy

No. You continue to lease the lot. It's in the neighborhood of $450 a month with sewer and taxes
This is a trailer park.. It buts up to a rock wall so no theres no beach but there are nice beeches on this lake. Pretty clean lake to.
