Alen Gruda is absolutely a dream to work with. I renovated my moms home in Oak Park MI. I live in Maryland and was blown away with the customer service. Alen made sure that all parts of the oder was perfect. I purchased, built, and installed with cabinets to go. Even on his day off, he made sure that I had someone to discuss the project with. Thank you Alen and Dave for all your help! The kitchen is 😍 stunning!!

Walked in to check the place out....It was like pulling teeth to get information from them the employee was definitely acting as if we were bugging her. Looks like they had just moped the entire floor (or just poured water every where) and it was very slippery. No warning from the sales lady nor were there any wet floor sings!! We were there hours before closing time so I am very confused why we were treated like an inconvenience to them. It's ashame..... they want you to drop 30-40 grand but can't seem to give you any level of respect.

Absolutely love my cabinets, but the communication from the store I dealt with should’ve been much better. We had to make calls to find out if our orders had arrived. They were supposed to call us, but did not. Also, we called our sales person on a few occasions asking for a return call and she never bothered to call us back. Each time, we had to drive to the store to get the answer. For the amount of money spent, an emphasis on customer service should’ve been given. I always felt like a bother when I called the store to ask a question. Very disappointed in that regard.
