My brother was murdered my his neighbor February 13th. They made several complaints about this neighbor before the incident. Not to mention he lived in another unit within the complex and was moved above my brother because he kept causing trouble. They never took action, real action. The complex team was only concerned about the bottom line. This apartment complex is the worst and they're neighboring apartment building weathervane is horrible too! We don't even know who the management company name. My sister-in-law went to the office to provide notice that her and their child was moving afterhis murder. Management still hasn't called her back to confirm anything although the staffer said management would contact after she turned in the key.

Worst apartment complex I ever lived in. They get one star because Ashley is nice and has good Customer Service skills. She accommodated me when I first came to look at the apartment. The one that they wanted me to move in was terrible. The "Manager" was touching up paint in the kitchen. There were no appliances, no carpet, old furniture, just terrible I cried. she moved me to the front of the building for safety reasons. After move in I would come home from work to the main door open door almost every night. No lights outside. getting to the apartment, Garbage disposal does not work. Maintenance replaced it with another broken one. Toilet leaks. Bathroom sink leaks. Slow drainage in both bathroom sink and kitchen sink. Refrigerator leaks and has been on back order since I moved in. Water sits at the bottom and every time I open it, the water comes out. Every morning there is a puddle sitting in the middle of my kitchen. Blinds were laid across the brackets and not attached. Central air works when it want too, among other things. Complaining does not help, neither does threatening to write corporate. Toilet runs all night long. It also has a crack in the back. Another thing that's on back order. I feel like for $950.00 things should have been fixed before availability to move in. They only want the cash. After you move in you will be ignored. I will be writing Corporate as soon as I find out their address. Oh the pool was not open until the end of July. Summer was just about over. Do not recommend.

Been living here since 1972. Love it
