Standard fort with excellent views. It was not crowded. I really liked the little garden with plants grown in the different centuries.

This is a fabulous spot to visit. It is so old from the 1800s and the remains of it are still well presented. I hope you get a great perspective from the photos to check out. I wasn't able to make my way inside due to the stairs because of an injury. Even though I couldn't go in I still was able to see quite a bit. If you're in a wheelchair you really couldn't get the essence of the place indoors at all except for the lower grounds. Outdoor handicap bathroom is an outhouse. I was able to get some beautiful outdoor shots of the premises. You could either go by yourself to enjoy this area or it is friendly to families. A few people had dogs on leashes. Overall it was a great attraction to see. If you have found my review helpful please give me a thumbs up 👍 and feel free to follow me for future reviews.

It's really fun and well kept to stop by for a little adventure. There are some trails nearby with a picnic area across the road. And don't forget to follow my Instagram page @trovarephotography for more photos of my adventures. 🤗

Neat fort structure. 4$ entry fee. Note: keep an eye on children, there are stone walls that are easy to get on top of, that are quite tall.
