This store is pretty low mid imho. There are equally as good of products being sold in town for better prices. I'd give it two stars, but the employees really seal the one star approach.

My stylist was a no-show for a cut & color. After waiting for her, another stylist called her & found out that she wasn't feeling well & wouldn't be in. I left with nothing but dissatisfaction. A little compensation for MY time would've helped a little. I understand being sick..but it was 10 am, maybe a phone call to your job. Or me before hand. Ulta has my phone number..

Ultimately, like so many businesses is still dealing with supply chain issues. They did not have my wife's favorite hairspray available and they have no idea when they might get it back in stock. They did provide a card with instructions to order online and the card provided free shipping regardless of price or quantity of product. So, that was nice, but still frustrating. Really like Ulta otherwise. They can't control supply chain. Just a sign of the times. Definitely will shop here again. Great customer service. Friendly staff, willing to help as best they can. Great selection of products. Will definitely shop here again!
