0 star rating. We stayed two nights. After the first night, the front desk said they had IT issues and they couldnt see our reservations so while we were out until 10pm on friday, we returned to find our room cleaned and all of our stuff gone. After dealing with the front desk staff, we found our stuff in garbage bags in the back office. Our $700 IPAD and $300 beats headphones were missing along with some hygiene products. After checking out on saturday morning, my husband spent hours with thr manager, staff and dealing with thr police dept. They searched one housekeepers room and found the hygiene products but the ipad and headphones have not been returned to us. We came from Winnipeg, Canada and have never ever experienced anything like this at any other hotel. Ever. They refunded our stay but we left without our electronics. DO not stay here

The room was trashed! People were smoking inside and even down the hall it smelled terrible in our room. Broken glass on the floor, no toilet paper OR holder. Lamp shades were missing or broken. The bathroom door was falling apart, and there were holes in the wall. 10-10 would not recommend. I left and went somewhere else

Very disgusting place smelled of cigarette smoke. The room had stains on the floor. Very unclean. Ashes all over the floor. The tub was staind from some kind of residue. Didn't look like the was cleaned at all.

For what you pay for, I understand it won't be the Marriott but it was just a pretty ok stay. The front desk agent was really nice though! I got to the room and walked up the stairs and it smelt like smoke and it was strong! I walked into my room and it smelled a lot better. The Room was ok. Nice big King Bed and the linens smelt and looked clean so that's good. Also the bed was pretty comfortable! I was knocked out! The walls had some holes and marks though. The bathroom was questionable, Toilet seat was clean but everything else wasn't 😅👀. I took a shower and noticed hair clumped in the drain and hair and stains on the walls. Thankfully I had some cleaner with me so I sprayed the floor, let it sit then rinsed it out so that I could trust the shower floor. I didn't touch the walls though, I was just a stick in the shower😅. The toilet on the bottom was not wiped off either, hair and old urine were still there and as much as I wanted to take a picture, I just couldn't but should've anyway. There was a decent size fridge though and the heat was nice and HOT , just how I like it, so not a horrible stay, just a few extra wipes in some places and we can bump these stars up. The hotel gets the job done though👍🏾
