The sale's associates working seemed irritated when I asked for assistance. Maybe I'll just have to do my shopping online. I feel like a burden whenever I go to this location, and I no longer see the point. I've easily spent 3-4 thousand here in the past few years, but I'll just have to take my business elsewhere:)

I normally don't have problems here but my last visit was awful. I had ordered a laptop online to be picked up in the store. When we got to the store to pick it up, the guy went to look for my laptop. He was gone for quite some time. He comes up and radios someone asking about a lost laptop. He then comes over and says it will be a few more minutes and disappears again. This time he is fine for about 15-20 minutes. He comes back with a couple of guys and they proceed to look for the laptop. After summer time, the cashier comes over again and tells me it will be a couple more minutes. At this point, I'm looking on my phone, trying to cancel my order but I couldn't because it was marked as being in progress. So here I stand waiting, getting angry, ready to walk out. The manager comes over and hands me a gift card worth $50 for the inconvenience. About 5 minutes after that, they finally show up with my laptop. Not one time did anyone explain to me what was going on it what had happened. I was in there for a good hour waiting and for their incompetence, lack of communication, and customer service, I got a gift card. I guess that's better than nothing but I think they could have done better than that.

The store is much cleaner after the remodel, and they have broadened their inventory immensely! I was amazed by all the things they had: sound bars and smart phones, Keurigs and stoves... Anything fun, hip, and new, they had. VERY modern. I was disappointed with the customer service. We had to really look for someone to help us. When we finally found someone, he didn't even acknowledge us and moved right past us. I walked away with a product I didn't like and ended up returning. Not too impressed, but will probably be back since they have so much.

According to a search on Google, Garmin is still in business. Due to most cell phones and newer cars having GPS capability, I have no idea what their future may be.

hello.. i believe BB uses independant contractors for repairs..if your warranty is still active i recommend hoing thru them..if not, use your brand name to do a search on authorized repairs in Fargo..sound like you may have a faulty switch
When you ordered the product and you agreed on it being delivered you ordered the product in perfect shape it's a product came to your home and it was damaged the best thing to do is contact them right away take pictures of the damage unit it is not your fault that it's damaged it came to you that way so you have every right to have them come pick up the product and bring you a new one if that's what you would like so when you receive something a delivery at that point you need to make sure that's the item you bought is exactly that not damaged that it's in perfect condition and it's 100% also you probably had to sign a release when the delivery people delivered it so when it comes down to his communication I don't know your whole situation but if I receive product that was damaged I thought couple TVs and if they had come to my house damaged I would be on the phone I already have taken pictures of the damaged products I would be on the phone with my receipt, warranty!
