I will start by saying that Mark is a fantastic pharmacy tech. His attention to detail and customer service skills shine through. Unfortunately, he can't carry this pharmacy by himself. After 4 years watching the service at this pharmacy go downhill I finally had to switch to a different Rite Aid location. Prescriptions started taking longer and longer to fill... and then longer... until a prescription my dr called in on a Friday was still not ready Sunday afternoon. I live outside of town and have more than once driven 30 minutes to check on my prescription because a. They don't always send the texts that it's ready and b. They sometimes just don't answer the phone at all. I need multiple prescriptions filled monthly and it is exhausting having to call and remind them to do their job multiple times per month. There have been some newer staff who are obviously inexperienced and also sometimes surly. One tech was getting me my prescriptions and he forgot one. I told him there should be a 4th prescription there and he just said no, there isn't. He even referred to his computer and said there were only 3. I showed him my phone with the text stating my prescription was ready and he checked again and suddenly it was there. He rolled his eyes at me and got back to looking at his phone. These are just anecdotes, the tip of the iceberg. I can only guess there is a problem with management at a high level because it seems most people at this pharmacy seriously don't care about their responsibility to get medications to people who need them. I notice a similar pattern at another Rite Aid I also use. It's disheartening.

Friendly staff and a rather clean layout to the store but unfortunately the shelves are always apparently extremely bare. Pickings can be slim on certain items. Others are not clearly marked and could be difficult to find. There’s also an entire section of the store that has been walled off and is completely empty. My personal advice as a former employee. Unless you need to go to the pharmacy I don’t recommend getting anything else from the store. The pickings are slim and even in some of the better stocked areas of the store the shelves are extremely barren.

This rating is solely for the pharmacy. I recently moved here a couple months ago, but I’ve been using Rite Aid as my pharmacy for years now. I have a lot of prescriptions to fill. This one is hands-down the worst one. I don’t know what it is, but communication here is awful. I’ve had to, on several occasions, play phone tag with my doctor and this pharmacy to get prescriptions I’ve had for years. Some prescriptions I refill just fine, and then suddenly they’re having issues with scripts. Just recently I had a script that’s not expired on my doctor’s end, but on their end it is... so I had to do a back and forth and missed a dose. The wait here is also very long in comparison to other Rite Aids I’ve been to. An hour wait is something I haven’t experienced before. Lastly, some of these pharmacists have attitude/are rude, and I don’t get it. I’m very polite when I come in. There are one/two kind people working there, but when I’m just picking up a prescription or needing something filled... sometimes I’m met with impatience. Not a good customer experience. Thinking about going elsewhere, and I literally live just up the street.

Unexpected finds and a wide selection - This Rite Aid location surprisingly had a wide range of affordable and organic foods, many cheaper than anywhere else. This Rite Location also has the biggest and widest selection of beer and spirits I've seen in any other location, all at bargain prices if you have a Rite Aid rewards card.
