Maurice was very nice and over all a very respectful man. He brings joy to the helping hands pantry ! And seems to love what he does for the community! I had a great experience here .

Old lady was very very rude try to tell me that I did not find what I found online on there (which was that online it says they hand out free food at this location) and wouldn't listen to what I was saying at all wouldn't help just told me about the following day what they were doing which didn't help me at all

I came in to do 4 hours of experiential learning for my Peer leadership course at Washington State University Global Campus. I did packing and went out to feed the homeless. Meet really nice people from the community, Starbucks employees and others. I had a rewarding day and it was nice. I plan to come back on my free time and help out. You should too! :)

Yeah they give free good but they don't show up sometimes and they don't lost it so I end up taking the bus all the way there on a day I can cuz I'm so starving but then don't don't show and they don't lost anything on their site.. food is open and unsanitary often

Skylar I would do my homework on this company before releasing any of your hard earned money. I work for a local company and we made food donations recently. I went to their location to volunteered and they were charging $5 for the items we donated. I began researching and found some questionable items. They are not on the BBB, their web page do not have current IRS taxes. Major Red Flags! And their company is Suspended on the Secretary of the State website. I am reaching out to constituents for more on this company. We reached out to our local news syndicates and they said they will "investigate." Be careful Skylar. You want to make sure your money is going towards a good cause. Not into someone's pocket. We have a beautiful community and we must defend it at all cost.
No, just food
Yes, they accept all donations.
You don't worry Diapers
Yes, you can. go to: HelpingHandsPantry.org and apply
Having worked for a nonprofit for many years, most nonprofit organizations are accountable to a Board of Directors, as well as the public. Board meetings can be attended by anyone in the community (assisting in accountability). Anyone can sit in on a meeting, and yes, financials are disclosed, (or they should be) regularly.

Yes, actually someone opened up at 5:30 last Sunday. The door must have been accidentally locked. it is not easy to do but it does happen on a rare occasion. If it ever happens again go through the large yellow gate and let them know the front door was locked and they will fix it.
I believe they have volunteers at their 3rd Street facility at the airport near Tippecanoe. Volunteers if I remember I get a shopping basket full of food.
Everyone is welcome. Go in and sign in, its as simple as that
