Great gym! Today was my first day and I absolutely loved it. The coach, James, is a great person who really cares that you get better at boxing. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to get into it. If I could give it 6 I would!

We have all the necessary equipment (heavy bags speed bags double-end bags Focus mitts sparring ring weights medicine balls.)e do request that you purchase your own gloves and wraps for sanitary reasons. Until you're able to do that we have loaners.
