Rebecca, Margaret and receptionist (sorry, forgot her name). In which I had experiences with, are all A+..I have no doubt the rest of the staff is no different.. Certainly made my change over to a New dentist office stress free. Kudos to the Dr. as well. Am sure you'll feel the same if you give them a chance. P.S. let ya know how root canal coming up goes. Feeling good about the odds after today and the meeting and experiencing them.

My wife and I both came in as new patients and were more than pleased with our experience. It was obvious from the beginning that Dr. Eckstrom and staff were genuinely concerned with our oral health and were very thoughtful and friendly.

I just had one of the best dental experiences of my life. I went into Northwest Eugene Family Dental for a cleaning and I was met by Jenny, my hygienist for the appointment. She was engaging, funny, conscientious, professional, and efficient. I felt she did an incredibly thorough cleaning, and I actually enjoyed the appointment!!! I live over an hour away and was thinking about trying to change to a dentist closer, but Jenny has made it very difficult to want to leave.
