I legit have cancer and they threaten to tow my friends and family’s cars if they come visit me while I’m going through chemo. Just your stereotypical Slum lords. Also at the Whitman apartments you will have people break into your car, multiple windows smashed throughout my two years here. Multiple problems with the unit I live in. Stereotypical bathroom mold because they don’t repair it correctly. Just treat it and paint over it. arrests made by police at the Whitman property is a normal thing.

After applying for one of the properties, we had ZERO communication regardless of texts, emails and calls. Finally after 7 days we were able to view the house and we were appalled at what we saw! Not only did we have no responses from anybody in the office for the first week, but every single employee was so unprofessional and RUDE. Very awful experience!!! Never will be using this property management in the future and will definitely not recommend to anybody else! What a nightmare.

Pine street apartments are gross! Homeless people living and sleeping in the hallways just outside your door. They say "all the cameras work" they do not! Car has been broken into twice. The apartment manager is rude and doesn't care if you've been here 10 years and never been late on rent. Her time is too presious to be bothered with anything thats going on in your apartment. Maintenance IS TERRIBLE it takes them forever to fix anything correctly, even if you know what the problem is they are told what to do so they do it, they don't care. This place is gross and whats even worse is they have the audacity to raise rent and make others pay others back rent who didn't wanna pay during the pandemic, so now its on people who are never late on rent to pay it back aka rent increase. Don't be fooled by smoke and mirrors. Just look at the outside of the pine street apartments and then go to the office thats on the same street. They put more money into that office than they do into their properties. If you ask me JUDY is the problem. As crooked as Hillary Clinton and as worthless as Kamala Harris! Disgusting would give 0 stars if I could!
