they refunded my all of the $18.04 without issues. this is the most expensive and sadly the second worst phad thai I've ever had.( and I've had alot) unfortunately it lacks flavor. it taste like rice noodles with occasional chicken. no creamy thin layer of sauce. it's more oily than anything. the thai tea I had however was freakin delicious but only comes in one size. the restaurant its self was very clean, spacious and inviting. though I did carry out. these three things was $27 and some change!! the phad thai alone was sixteen!!! you'll find me at Wendys, 5 dollar bags with more flavor sadly

It was $17 for a flavorless vegetable broth with no lemongrass, no hint of lime, that had dry chicken and mushrooms floating in it. No other veggies. This is NOT what Thai food should taste like. Two stars because the staff was nice and the place looks good, but if you want actual Thai in Bellingham do not go here

I was surprised at the check total at lunchtime given the smaller serving portions for a table of 4 with no beverages. After ordering, the server asked our rice preference, and my daughter spoke up saying "brown." The server had a hard time remembering who had just ordered what, so we universally agreed on brown to make it easier. It was an upcharge that added almost $6.40 to the check. I just checked the lunch menu and I see no mention of it. It would have been nice to have been informed of that when it was ordered as that seems a little silly for a scoop of rice. The food looked good, taste was average, but at $18pp seemed a bit pricey.

We ordered appetizer, duck curry and salmon dish. The food was delicious. The amount of duck was very generous and very well cooked. The only downside was a layout of online menu. It started with drinks and we had to scroll all the way down to get to the dinner menu.

Yes, they are great at making accommodations.
As Google "Local Guides," we are volunteers who try to offer objective answers and advice, but we are neither proprietors nor employees, so you may want to call or stop by Busara to confirm any concern you might have about nuts. Although, peanuts are the dominate not used in most Thai dishes, there are menu items that contain other nuts, as well. That said, these ingredients are bored on the menu and the waitstaff is well versed on the ingredients and preparation of every menu item.
Viking North delivers from some places but I don't think Busara delivers.
