When it wasn't super busy, the lines were practicing social distancing. But when it got super busy it was basically lip service. Everyone was packed in pretty tight. They required masks inside but only recommend them outside.
Hello Tristan, To help answer your question, small children 3-6 years old, as long as they are at least 38” or taller, can ride with someone that is 16 yrs or older. Any 2 individuals can ride together as long as one of those individuals are 16 yrs or older. When riding together, the combined weight can not be more than 375lbs per cart in dry weather or no more than 330lbs in inclement weather.
3 is the youngest they accept
10 to 15 mins maybe. Once you get up the mountain it goes pretty quick.
You will be thrown around a bit. Like stated above you can control your speed. I would add if you are going to be breaking most of the way down the mountain I would make sure the person behind you doesn't mind going slow. It could potentially ruin someone else's time. Have fun! We loved it
There are no tunnels. There are only loops but not vertical so you don't need to worry about spinning over your head :)
I probably say that same thing. You can't go slow. Because the riders behind you as well.

If I remember correctly, the weight limit for the car is 400 pounds. I think that number changes depending on if the track is wet or dry. I think the minimum height requirement to ride alone was 56 inches. Both of my kids (11 & 13) were able to ride alone.
It's only the alpine coaster here at this location. If you're looking for a place with other things to do, look up Ober Gatlinburg.

We prefer that riders wear closed toed shoes; however, if a person chooses to wear flip flop or open back sandals then the person will have to remove the sandals/flip-flops and sit on the sandals/flip flops while on the ride.
Our coaster does operate in the rain (excluding severe storms). We have rain shields for our carts that mostly keep you dry. Hope this helps!

Enjoy the sights and slow ride up.... then push forward and enjoy the speed ride down. There's a fair amount of spacing between cars but it's dangerous to go too slow, the people behind you will catch up and they'll be forced to slow down to keep from hitting you
Agreed. I did not see that on the restricted conditions list.
It's great, just do it. We got done and got right back on
