I believe it may be because all you really use is your hands. So if you can use your hands and arms. I don't see it being a problem. Depending on your disability.

Agree with Ruth. I would like to add that the people who run it are normally very nice and helpful. I would like to think they would make accommodations if your situation is possible.

Depends on the handicap. For someone with walking or climbing difficulties would be hard to get in coaster. There are seat belts. A small child can be belted in front of adult. You need to be able to use both hands. Braking is done by hand. I would personally check with ride owners discussing handicap.
