No, 7' is the max height and 330lbs is the max weight.
There is not really an upper limit, perhaps 7 feet in order for the seats to still provide neck support. There is a lower limit and a limit where the person must be with another rider; the reason for this is the controls cannot be reached by shorter riders.
On the first one if they're interested that height they ride with you. The second one doesn't care. Honestly I seen kids Mt sons age 9 get on the first one by themselves. I would just check them at the ticket gate. As long as they understand how to work the hand devices I don't think they cate.
Unless you're a basketball player that literally cannot fit in the seat, there is no maximum height.
