Really good grocery store. You can find good produce, organic and fresh. Good meat and a lot of bulk product. Peanut, almond and cashew butter is made from peanut at the moment and the price is very good. Other products at a reasonable price. Strongly recommended. Update Aug 2022: they have now 4 self checkout.

We believe in preserving the environment as much as possible. In all of our stores, we use Go Green World Project paper products. We also offer reusable bags and recyclable/recycled paper and plastic bags as well as receptacles for used plastic bags to be recycled. We have started composting initiatives at certain stores and electricity-saving initiatives like timed lights and water faucets. Additionally, we partner with food banks at each location to ensure food waste is minimized.
We have a variety of organic, natural and gluten-free options throughout the store, as well as more conventional items you could find at a typical grocery store. We pride ourselves in value-priced offerings and produce a weekly sales flyer where you can find very competitive deals in all our departments.
Our produce is GMO-free.
When we label meat as ‘natural’, that means that it does not contain any artificial ingredients, synthetics, or antibiotics and has been minimally processed.
