Taking my car here was a mistake. Had to get my windshield replaced on my new car. Came back to me with scratch marks, slashed window seal, broken clips, lost under buttons, and more. Confronted the tech before leaving and told me to contact the manager. Had to get my cameras re calibrated at my dealership because they couldn't do it because of gateway security issues and said they would cover the cost. Got it done and they refuse to pay me back for re calibration. Been trying to get compensated for all damage done to my vehicle without any avail. Went up there personally again to get answers and pretty much got scooted away so they can "investigate" and said they would call me back the next day. Here it is 72 hours later to nothing. At this point we are moving forward with legal action.

Went in for an appointment get a crack filled. I was helped by Doug who of which was very transparent. He talked me through all the possibilities of cracking more, his repair process, and what to expect. In the end, Doug did and amazing job and was able to get the job done without additional cracking. Highly recommend! 10/10

I arrived to my appmt that was on fri sept. 26th at Clinton township location. My glass was not in stock. The lady at the first desk couldn’t verify my appointment by my phone number and turned me away. I offered her the referral # and appointment confirmation # and she refused to look it up another way. Clinton township location needs to be more organized.

They replaced my windshield. Everything went smoothly.

Yes
You will have to call them and ask, most businesses can't reply to questions like that on Google questions.
In my experience a Safelite technician called me the day before my appointment to inform me that my insurance had not yet been verified. I got in contact with my insurance provider's auto glass department and provided my policy information. Everything was cleared up a couple hours later. I should note that this was for a full windshield replacement and not crack repair. Good luck!
I don't think they do have emergency service.
They said an hour and a half for my windshield. Only took an hour though.
