I came in to ask if they treated a specific condition. I quietly asked the nurse about it and he proceeded to loudly proclaim to the 3 people in the waiting room, "No, we don't give antibiotics for xyz!" So much for client confidentiality. Never again. Worthless service for a ridiculous price.

The PA that helped us was just fine, but we waited a LONG time. It is no longer a minute clinic. More like a two hour clinic. Also, we were billed an additional bill later on for labs, so the cost is the same (or more) as if you went to a regular clinic.

I used to love this resource because my kids frequently had strep and ear infections; cheaper and faster. Not anymore, since this has been run by CVS I hate it. More expensive(pharmacy)and slow. Twice I have waited nearly an hour and one of those times we there was only one person in the que. What took so long is a complete mystery as we've never spend more than 10-15 in the exam room. I like the staff in the pharmacy although the price has went up but I miss the old minute clinic staff, all new and not very nice. Very frustrating, I think it was a bad move for Target to farm this out to CVS.

Very poor view of minute clinic. Multiple times I have made online reservations for various reasons and had them confirmed, only to arrive 5-10 minutes beforehand to find out not that my reservation hadn't saved but that the NP had wiped my name off the system as they had moved patients through faster than they had thought. This had made wastes of partial days for me and very frustrating. They promise me that time and I prepare for it they have no way of telling me to come in early so they should honor my reservation. Also the Nurse Practitioner I can not remember her name but was very crabby for my visit. Only patronage to this organization is because it is noticeably cheaper than doctor visits.
