Out of whopper patties the last time I was there (how the heck does that happen??) Drivethrough is horribly small. Can barely navigate a long box crewcab truck through the drivethrough. And it's been closed inside everytime I've been there. So if you have even the smallest trailer hooked to any size truck or even a car, you won't be getting food. Hate that none of these places ever designed anything for anyone with a trailer or midsize truck.

Food was great but the drive through attendant forgot to give me a straw and didn't give me my credit card back. Luckily I noticed before leaving, and she was very nice and apologetic about it.

I went there for a whopper meal in June 2022 and the staff gave me my fries upside down in the bag and an old whopper that was sitting around for hours; the lettuce was ratty and soggy, the pickles were falling apart, the tomatoes were liquified, and the mayonnaise was rancid. The 2 black women who were staffing the kitchen were nice enough, and truly were pleasant, but they did not care about the food at all. One of the women told me she might have accidentally put bacon on the burger and for me to check the burger to see if there was bacon on it. Huh? I guess this is a self service BK. I told her I would take the bacon off if it was on there. I won't be going again.

I am a truck driver and this is one of the only places that accommodated truckers during Covid. I continue to come here and get food on occasion because the service and accommodations they gave were great. They let me use the restroom and come in and order food since my truck does not fit through the drive-through. Great service and great people who understand.
