Management has unfortunately turned this place much more nickel and dime than it used to be. The saving grace is that the staff is really very friendly and easy to work with. I’m still not a fan of the pack n send method they use. They still should at least once over all of the cars with the sprayer before sending them into the cleaner because all of that dirt does get in the wipers and scratch cars eventually. But they are making improvements. It’ll never be what it used to be but if they spray cars down more often then it’ll be a 4-5 star shop. Thanks to all of the awesome employees!

When we first got a membership here the car was always spotless. Looked beautiful. Over the last couple years they have quit drying the car and pre spraying the car so it actually ends up clean. At best my truck gets a quick spray to the windshield on driver side. My truck is never clean and Is always dripping with water when it’s done. Water spots all over the truck. It’s a just so disappointing compared to what used to be. Update, I emailed to your reply the day you sent it. And I have not heard a word back.

Still going as my favorite location. They really do a great job in the interior cleaning, very detail and they go over your expectations, I am always happy with the service here and I had tried different locations. Here they really do an excellent job. After all this years, the service here is excellent. Great job Shoreview!!
