This is a hotel that is perfect for a group. We had 3 soccer teams staying there. Service was excellent, Mary Kay and her staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast was great every day. Really pleased.

The hotel feels run down. Rooms need updating, floors feel sticky. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s been 3 months that the pool, gym, hot tub and game room have been closed. That’s getting pretty frustrating.

Clean and nice hotel. Rooms are good, just the doors have so many scratches (for all rooms). Staff are nice and welcoming. Location is amazing 👏. Room service is not available everyday though. Overall a good experience and would come here again in future visits.

Customer service was amicable. The hotel was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I am giving this a 4-star rating because the heat wasn't working correctly. I turned it up to 80 degrees at one point because the fan wouldn't adjust to keep up with the temp outside. I talked to the front desk at checkout to be aware of the problem. She gave me 50% off the rate without asking or expecting anything. I believe customer service like that should be recommended to everyone. Some hotels would make a note and not bother offering anything.
