Very secure storage facility. Brad was very helpful when we went to choose a unit. He showed us all the options and offered very helpful advice, which we followed 100%. Be aware that insurance is required and not included in the advertised rates. This is an unusual requirement (usually optional), so I think the additional $12/month minimum should not be revealed after the customer has chosen a unit and agreed to a particular rate. Maybe include that cost in the posted rates and then break it down for the customer after they hear the total cost per month. That would avoid an unpleasant surprise and make the insurance feel much less like a sneaky extra charge. The sign-up experience was excellent except for the last-minute secret extra charge reveal.

Thank you so much Socal self storage for being so accommodating! I feel like my possessions are extra secure here- they have alarms in each of the units. The staff was very sweet and gave my roommate and I a tour and made the whole moving process such a breeze! There’s also plenty of parking outside and i love the fact that they don’t let people in after hours

This is the cleanest self-storage place I've ever been to. There is a manager on-site who can answer questions. It's safe, professional and good pricing. I am quite pleased, anyway, I thought you might like to know. It's hard to find a class-act in this sector. SoCal self-storage in Camarillo makes the grade.
