It was just a normal company but the culture and environment of the company is deteriorating after the new acquisition. Advice to management - please pay attention to what is going on, how people are being treated? Due to this acquisition, the VP of HR left as well. Good luck for sending everything offshore. I wish I could give zero star :( I am kind of sure, hygiena people may say - No record of your being an employee or contractor of Hygiena

Joined last year and planned to stay for long but ended in 6 months. I couldn't handle middle management pressure and unreasonable behavior. Heard from other employees, the HR department is just behind the management, no benefits to go there and things may get worse. I personally didn't feel much scope for future growth because middle management and his boss don't see the real world problem. Middle and upper management are more into hiring staff at offshore sites to run at cheaper prices. Employee benefits, culture and work life are below than average. Definitely not recommended.

Settings -> General Settings ->Language->English If everything is in Chinese, look for the setting logo - Usually bottom right. General is the second option from the top on the Settings screen.Language is the 3rd option down on the General Settings screen. Hope this helps. Hello Diane, There are two ways to erase the results off the EnSURE v2 or SystemSURE Plus: 1. If you are using SureTrend 4 software, simply connect your luminometer to your computer, click "Synchronize" in SureTrend 4, upload results, and click "Yes" when asked if you would like to erase test results memory. 2. If you want to erase the results without syncing to SureTrend 4, select the * button on the meter, then use the arrows to navigate to the Memory menu. Press "OK" to select, and then press and hold down the * button for 2 seconds. This will display the total number of stored results to be erased. To accept and start the erase function, press and hold down the "OK" button for 1 second. To cancel, press any other button. If you require additional assistance with your instrument.
