Almost 4 years and in the past couple of years since they put in the smart locks I have noticed that tenants are who are not done moving they lock Them out so they can’t grab extra things the people who used to live above me got locked out thankfully their kid wasn’t in there. The cops are here on what seems like a weekly basis. The park in the pools are nice that’s why I’m reading it four stars but I will not give it five stars because of the new smart locks that can be hacked. And the fact that I am so scared to get locked out of my own home when I move. I had another friend who lived here that had to move because the leasing office wouldn’t do anything about someone that was harassing her.

I have been living here for 4 years. It a good place to live. Its nice and quiet and they keep the place well maintained. The maintenance staff does a great job. Marco has been doing a wonderful job fixing the issues in my apartment. He is always very professional, respectful and resolves the issues quick and effective. The office staff on the other hand could use some work on communication. I have had some bad experiences with them, specially Christina, she can be rude at times. For someone that has the position of assistant manager I would expect a little more manners and better customer service. The parking is bad, most of the time there is no parking spaces available, since there's only one assigned per apartment. Overall I think its not so bad living here. Its close to alot of grocery stores and other stores which I find convenient.
