Terminal E is in serious need of more power outlets for passengers. There are none by any of the seats. Also, the line for TSA screening was so long it went to the parking lot and back.

Either the parking garage at terminal E or economy parking lot the have a flat rate
Take the shuttle. Find an information desk and ask for the shuttle to B. It's a 5 minute drive once the shuttle is there.
Yes its about a 5 minute walk if you walk quick
It is D/E checkpoint. So the precheck lanes on the D side serves both D and E terminals.
