Trashy bus company that should have gone bankrupt and closed many years ago but is still somehow alive.

Horrible service, horrible punctuality, horrible staff, horrible buses, horrible everything. Never more. Take the train, or Megabus, or run, any experience will be better than Greyhound

This is a review of the station and its staff, not Greyhound bus lines. This was my first time at this station, travelling from Washington DC to Cincinnati with a layover in Philadelphia. The station is absolutely filthy, to no fault of the staff. The floor was regular swept and the bathrooms were kept up with once during the day i spent waiting for my layover. Yet despite this, the floors were still dirty and sticky. Most of the station itself is falling apart and the benches are incredibly uncomfortable.

Hi Sarah. My name is Danny. I am a native Philadelphian and more importantly, a frequent user of this bus station. First of all, allow me to apologize for the overall odor, pretty unclean and unkept building, and general lack of any type of customer services. This is not the typical business i'd hope for tourists from anywhere, to assosiate with my great city. OK, well the short answer is unfortunately... NO. I don't believe that there is a luggage storage service. However, i do believe there may be some lockers that may accomodate your needs at the station. I would suggest calling the station at normal business hours to confirm this though. Sorry that I could not be more of a help.
Yeah. 911
Because greyhound is very professional and they don't care. I suggest we take recordings of greyhound unlawfully not practicing social distance and take it to a lawyer.
For more precise information, you should definitely download the Google maps on IOS/Android. 👍
Nothing new! I've waited 4 hours to catch a connecting ride due to my bus arriving 2 hours later then scheduled.
I'm not sure but you can always check on their website

It DEPENDS ON YOUR TICKET . IT DEPENDS WHAT DAY AND TIME SAYS ON YOUR TICKET.
There are many lodging options near the bus station. The museums district is about 2 miles from the station.
