Does good work. But they hardly answer the phone 80% of the time. There is no call center to set appts and cancel appointments. There is just a weird voice msg for voicemail keep saying "Hello" numerous times before you get disconnected because the voicemail is full. Extremely frustrating.

The dentist here was very understanding I am terrified of dentist, and he was patient. My visit was successfully and I was satisfied with my services. The dental assistants were very supportive and respectful. They held my hand during my entire procedure. I will be going to Germantown Dental forever.. ♥️
