I give five stars only based on the reliability of the service, nothing else. Reviews prior to mine regarding customer service with employees are all true. I, personally, don't care about receiving anything else beyond the service they provide, a bus, from point A to point B. Use their service expecting nothing, keep your words as simple as possible, and you'll be fine.

WORST customer service ever. Really rude and a straight up “I don’t care” attitude. I think it’s worth paying the extra for Greyhound or more reputable companies. NEVER again.

Yes, and in general, Chinese and other Asian or Chinatown businesses are open on American holidays. This is something Jewish folks have known and benefited from for ages!
Yes and no. The regular line does not, but they have a special route that goes between Philly and their Brooklyn bus station. It leaves only at 7am. Call them for more info, or go to their website, or go pick up one of their flyers at the Philly station, which has the Brooklyn info on it.
