They can try to do that but the state's position is your training certificate does not expire, if you take the issue before the Board of Firearm Permit Examiners the town would lose. Your certificate never expires, you should have no issues.

Unless you are retired PD you will need to take the same class as a civilian does to obtain a pistol permit. If you are retired LEO, you can obtain an HR218 Certification.

You can but we might not be running a class again until January, you can buy gift certificates in any denomination and they can be used at our virtual shooting range as well.
