This was the easiest car buying experience ever. Done in a week while the car was traveling to the dealership. Erica Casey took care of everything. They gave me exactly what they quoted after reviewing pics of my trade and no markup or mandatory dealer accessories. I only got the accessories I ordered 2 days before pick up and they were installed before I got there. Never thought I would drive 4 hours to a dealer to buy a car but it was so worth it.

About 3 months ago I had my MDX serviced there. On the way to an appointment, after the service, I thought the car sounded like it was turbocharged when I hit the gas. From there on out I often wondered what was making that sound but with my busy life and the car was operating ok and gas mileage was ok, I didn’t think much of it: However, about a month after the check engine light came on and that concerned me. So I stopped by acura of Berlin and asked the not so friendly guy who was there during my service visit and asked if he could check the codes and give me some confidence that all was ok to drive but without an appointment he said no. Since then the light has came and gone off a number of times but today I got tired of seeing it so it was time to investigate - I had a half hour to spare and opened the hood. It didn’t take long to find that the air filter cover was not clamped down and therefore the loud noise when gas was applied and that affects the air gas mixture and causing the check engine light to illuminate. Problem resolved after a lot of headaches…..
