I'm honestly unsure of how I want to rate Premier Limo. I booked their party bus to take the groomsmen to the venue then to come pick up the bridal party. All locations were in the same town. The driver went to a totally wrong address about 30ish minutes away. This messed up our timing for our first look. The driver was late to pick us up. He was an absolute lunatic. He honestly should not be driving. The bus was DIRTY. It was a horrific experience. The "owner" refunded us immediately that night, which is where I am torn on how to rate this company. The workers that I talk to are very nice, but I still have not received my refund and when accounting called me back, they told me that premier went out of business and they just honored previous bookings. I spent $1,000 for horrible, incomplete service. They offered me "a roundtrip airport shuttle for free". THIS IS INSULTING. I would not recommend this company for weddings as timelines are crucial and they absolutely ruined and rushed our first look.
