It was bad experience with them.I bought 3 service plan card spend $300 one time . I hardly used one time for service . I went last week again for service they said I can’t use that card again because owner is changed if they new owners gonna change why they sell promotions . I wasted my $300 . So never gonna go back to them. And I new they lie I saw load owner there.I told him I have few more which is good till 2023.

I needed to have a clutch replacement everyone I called was over 2 grand I finally found PROTECT AUTOWORKS they did everything I need plus some and the price was amazing way under everyone else. I really like the fact that they took the time to actually talk to you not just take your keys and you have no idea whats going on. I got more then my clutch done and Im impressed on everything they did. they didnt advertise the extras I wanted but it never hurts to ask I got it all done in one place which was super cool Ive already recommended them and I am making this my shop for any work to be done in the future...Thanks guys you did and awesome job on my mazda 4x4 its running and driving like a dream and shifts so smooth what can i say you guys are awesome thamks again Sharon .

I came in for my Harmonic balancer replacement & Found out my A/c compressor was messed up by the help of mark letting me know on my diagnostic, no wonder my recharge wasn't working at vavoline & Dawn just being all around Sweet, honest, and patience with me, especially when I lost my wallet they were patient with me yelling around for it lol (I found it too in my own bag) but they were really knowledgeable about the way warrantys work, they ARE VERY HONEST WORKING PEOPLE. I feel communication is key, especially at the time like this our country in. I now have a family in Oregon 🙏🏿 They forever in my favor💯

Pro Tech did an excellent job of repairing my car. I had the alternator replaced and they did it right away and in a timely, affordable manner. The tech discovered that the serpentine belt had become frayed and caused the alternator to become compromised. There was no way that I could have been able to do this job myself. I highly recommend Pro Tech for your vehicles needs.
