A-1 is literally the only shop I'll trust with my car, not just because they always do a great job, but because I know they'll provide sound advice and I don't get that creepy feeling that I've been talked into something unnecessary. This particular visit, I needed them to go over the whole vehicle in preparation for a cross country trip, to check for anything that could potentially give me problems on the road. I can always count on Bryan the service manager to give it to me straight even if that means they lose out on business. They've always assured us that if there are any issues with the work done, they will do their best to make it right. Fortunately, it has never come to that.
