Not satisficed with they're service at all. Overcharged. Charged for my car being brought by tow truck? A couple more miscellaneous charges that of course weren't mentioned until I seen my invoice AFTER I paid. Not a shop i recommend or will be using in the future.

I've been going to this auto shop for about 5 years and have nothing but good things to say about it. The folks here have always been professional, given me the best prices, and as their name suggests, are honest. The store manager Jason, really seems to care about his customers. It's so rare to find nice people these days and I greatly appreciate the compassionate way they serve their customers.

My alternator went out so I called Honest-1 and they were able to get in my car that day, and finished it in less than 24 hours. They called with updates and weren’t pushy either. They were so friendly and my car is working perfectly. Very reasonable pricing as well! I would definitely trust them again with my car. :)

They were able to get my vehicle in the next day after I had an issue and the price was reasonable for the work done. Although I don't feel they go the extra mile and left me feeling I would be coming back sooner than later. I was really hoping to have a clear idea of the current state of my vehicle which I had just purchased. I feel like they only did the minimum amount of work in order to get me in and out instead of really looking at my whole engine/car and giving me an overview of its condition.
