Friendly staff. Long lines move pretty quickly, which is always a relief when shopping at department stores. Definitely a better experience than dealing with the apparently miserable staff (really just 1 rude older woman) at the Kohls in Rocky Hill.

My favorite feature at Kohl's is the Amazon Returns. I have never even used the coupon they give you for a future purchase. I find the Men's apparel to not be anything to my liking and the lines at the registers can be ridiculous. I went on a Monday morning and only one register open and it had a huge line.

Never have a problem in the store. But If the manager disrespect the customer I agree with that comment.
Not sure, I would suggest checking Kohls.com and see if you can order and pick up in store. Good luck 🤞
