The hotel was amazing! Nice rooms, good breakfast and big pool. Although what went wrong was the shuttle service!! We called the hotel at 4pm for the 4:20 pick up and they said the driver will be right there. We waited until 5:20 and still no shuttle. I called the hotel and they told us that the shuttle came and picked everyone up that called at 4:20 for the schedule time. THIS WAS FLASE! We were waiting outside by the shuttle waiting area outside the Mall of American before 4:10 and no shuttle ever came. We stayed for two days and both days the shuttle was late by 30-40 minutes

The rooms are clean and have plenty of space for sleeping and moving around. Breakfast was ok with options like toast, yogurt, cold cereal, and waffles, and one hot egg option. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. The only problem we had was getting here; you have to go two blocks past the hotel, under a road, around an entire square block then back over the road you just went over.

The highlight is the breakfast. Waffles are good. Beds definitely are not queen size...full size is more accurate. With that being said the rooms are clean and it's comfortable. The parking lot is beat up. The elevators are nice and fast. The pool area is in the lower level and was fun but a little bit of a small space. The hot tub is closed

Amazing rooms. Comfy beds. Fridge, microwave and tv. Staff charged my card for my entire stay versus just holding my card for incidentals even though the room was already prepaid through their website! Each staff member I spoke to you gave me a different story asked to what was happening, which made my stay miserable considering they took a significant amount of money off of my card. You have to reserve your shuttle from the airport Which comes at the top of every hour. They state that they will shuttle you to any venue that you want but when trying to go to Mall of America which is 10 minutes away the only shuttle they had was at 6 PM and they would pick you up at 8:20 PM, the mall closes at 8 PM so you have to stand outside underneath warming lights which don’t work until the shuttle comes. We used the shuttle two times and each time it was late by 30 to 40 minutes. Even with that being said I tried to go to the mall called them at 5:45 and they said the last shuttle goes out at 6 PM but it was too late to order the shuttle because the driver was already doing other things. The breakfast was horrible the only salvageable thing would be the waffles. The apples were not even good. The milk tasted gross and there was nothing except sugar for your coffee. No eggs or yogurts. “Hash browns” Were simply just potatoes cooked with no frying or seasoning. The hot tub does not work and they will no longer be using it because it’s broken and cost too much to fix it according to staff, the pool has way too much chlorine in it and it’s freezing cold. I am giving this a 2 star because the rooms themselves were fine.
