The rooms were very clean and have fully stocked kitchens w/ plates, silverware, refrigerator w/ freezer, full dining table, and dishwasher, and deep sink. Well designed w/ lots of storage and the privacy curtain between the sleeper couch and bed was a great addition for some privacy! The breakfast was wet soggy omelets in a bag, kids didn't like cereals, and the waffle batter tasted bad. There is amazingly a grocery store located in the parking lot and other food options in walking distance. The female African American shuttle driver was great, I blanked her name The hotel didn't place it on the card she did pass out on each of our rides. The shuttle driver was knowledgeable about the city and the hotel, professional, energetic, and simply went out of her way to meet the needs of the guest she is an amazing staff member And would be a great addition to the front desk staff

I’m in Florida and I have reservations for 2 people from April 7th to April 10th.And I paid total $434.44.My flight they canceled so I can’t go.Right now I still at the airport and flight continue cancel.I don’t have no choice and it’s not my fault.So I ask the hotel they can help me change another days?Because this is unexpected things happen.If I don’t want to come I didn’t charge money for empty room I am used to their customer and I really like here so this is a reason I go back again but now it’s never again. During the pandemic,they need understand for some situations can cause for their customers! Just keep the money and they might very rich.Charged money but I never stayed there At least they have find any ways to make customers can resolve problems Just said can’t refund and can’t change day too NEVER AGAIN

This is a nice hotel. The sheets are extra soft. The lamp between the beds very conveniently has a night light, which I think all hotels need. The bathroom has a shower only, no tub, but the space is large. There is a full size fridge with freezer in the room and they provide dishes, silverware, real glasses and a nice dishwasher in which to wash them. There's a nice big closet and lots of counter/desk space with open shelves above which provides a sizable area for each guest to utilize. The seating area has a couch and all lamps have extra, easily accessible plugins for charging personal devices. The table is tucked under one of the counters out of the way, but it's also on Wheels so you can move it around as necessary. I didn't make it to the free breakfast, but there was no indication that it would be anything out of the ordinary for a Home2. The parking lot seems small until you realize they have an underground parking garage where you can get very near the door to the elevators of the hotel. This hotel isn't terribly far from the airport comments in a nice neighborhood. It's definitely the expected Hilton hotel experience. Business travelers looking for extended stays would do well to consider this hotel. Definitely recommend.

Exceptional quality for the price we paid! We paid for a 2 queen bed plus sofa bed room and the room had a whole kitchenette (huge refrigerator/freezer, microwave, full kitchen sink with counter space, a DISHWASHER, and glass plates and cups to use if needed! They had paper towel, dish soap, and even soap for the dishwasher if needed. I have never been to a hotel that offered this much in a room for a standard double Queen room. The room was so spacious and had so much storage options. The bathroom was clean and there was complimentary shampoo and body wash by neutrogena that was attached to the shower walls. My family and I were really impressed with this hotel. It was cleaned, organized and worth how much we paid. Definitely our favorite Hilton stay thus far.
