I read and heard so many great reviews of this place, so I decided to get my Birkenstocks re-soled here. Believe the hype - I got my shoes back today, and they literally look brand new. I am beyond thankful to Clarke's for taking great care of my shoes - they even re-surfaced the footbed that was cracking. The price was incredibly reasonable and much cheaper than buying a new pair. Definitely will bring more of my shoes here when the time comes!

Very professional and excellent customer service! This is the first time I’ve ever used the services of a cobbler and I am very happy with the results. My brand new leather walking shoes needed to be stretched to widen. I am thrilled that I can now wiggle my toes when I wear it!

I was very excited to get my four pairs of shoes back. Over the weekend I wore a pair of my shoes and after dinner I got up and the sole detached from heel in the same exact spot again. Embarrassing to walk the rest of the night with a floppy shoe. When I called him and left a voicemail he told me that he’s sorry that my shoe “came apart“. Not apologizing for the fact that you did not correctly fix my shoe. So now I have to go out of my way to contact YOU when you re-open after vacation and also to find a way to get the shoes to you and then pick them up again. Very inconvenient for me and also not very happy with the quality of repair. I do not like when companies do not own up to the fact that they did a poor service.
