We were there for 6 weeks and loved it! The cottage was clean and bright, the residents were friendly, so was the staff. The children living there were wonderful our dogs just loved them! Would definitely recommend and stay there again Thanks to everyone! Jeff , Donna, Piper and Roy

Heated pool that stays cold Bathrooms that stay dirty Rec room that stays locked with Pool tables without sticks or balls Broken arcade equipment And a dart board without darts Free wifi that's barely usable (1mbps if you're lucky) Lot rent that's expensive (1k/mo if you're seasonal) with an increase in october From management that won't listen To a park full of racists Also there's a huge flea and rat problem All events in the rec room cost money Please don't come here. We will be moving.

This place has changed since it’s been acquired from Sun Rv. We stayed for 6 months as snowbirds. And 2 years before that. It Use to be a 55 plus resort. Now it’s a full time family park. Half the sites are not level. It’s seems vehicles here have no mufflers and speed all the time. Not to mention everyone who resides here just walk through the sites. Just riff raft. In one week I saw police come in twice for fights and assaults and on few other occasions. Never would I return. Don’t come here for a vacation. Good for overnight stay that it.

Nice little RV and MH community. We stayed 1 month. Our neighbor Chris was always helpful and friendly, and took pride in the neighborhood. Very nice and clean restrooms, showers and pool area. Two laundry facilities and a lake with gorgeous sunsets. Close to stores and shopping. We enjoyed our stay, had everything we needed.
