The accommodations were great. Each bedroom had their own bathroom. The house was spacious and clean. The outdoor space was nice but the chairs at the table were not comfortable. We knew about the towels so we brought extra. The kitchen was very limited on pots, pans and utensils. There were plenty of dishes and silverware. When we arrived the code did not work on the door and we were left to stand outside for 30 minutes before they got someone to let us in, it took 3 phone calls. We enjoyed our stay just a few things that could of made it better.

Our second time visiting Balmoral! We love it! Will book again next year. We even loved the location we were at. Hoping we could book the same house again. Not sure how you go about that as far as requesting the same house. Only complaints, not enough supplies for amount of time we stay. I know it's self catered however should have extras toiletries as I read if needed more call guest service which was no where to be found and also, wished the heated pool ( which we paid extra)l would last longer throughout the day. We noticed it was excellent heated in the morning then it would shut off sometime before mid morning. I would refer to anybody. Overall, was a really relaxing stay.

I made a reservation and my card was charged the same day. The company canceled my reservation and didn’t notify me. I called to figure out why I haven’t received my itinerary and was told the reservation was canceled and they didn’t have a reason on why. Thankfully, the agent was able to get a new reservation put in. The house was decent. Great size. The mattresses were horrible. You lay on the bed and and can feel the boards. In each bathroom there was only one wash cloth. I found that quite odd. There should be atleast 4 in each one. The club house with the resort was nice. Staff were nice also.

Love it here. Everyone is so amazing from the front office staff to the bar and grill! The grounds are very well kept. Everyone was so attentive and helpful. House was clean and clean well kept! Thanks for an awesome stay can’t wait to come back!

No, there is no transport links. We had a hire vehicle and drove every day. It's an easy drive to all the places you might want to visit. Disney, 30 mins, Universal, 40 mins, Tampa, 70 mins, Kennedy Space Center 90 mins. All have huge car parks so no problem parking. Enjoy!!

Yes lots of choice in the games room. Safe place or quiet places to get away from adults but safe to be alone as its very secure.
Yes all pools at the villas can be heated but the pool at the clubhouse isn't.
Yes. They are open in December-- and to respond to the comment regarding the private pools being heated-- ours was not-- even our chlorine was chunked in the bottom of the pool cuz it was too cold to dissolve. The water hurt my kids so they couldn't even use it. I was mad, when I booked, I was told the pools were heated-- so why would I think I needed to request one at arrival (at least that's what I was told when we called and asked)
