I've wanted to try pole fitness for a while. I was scared because I'm overweight and uncoordinated. I finally decided to try a class and I'm so glad I did. My first class I almost gave up and was planning to never go back. The teacher told me to give myself a chance to get better... now I've been going almost once a week since February. I absolutely love it and look forward to every class! It's challenging and so much fun. I get better each class. Try it, you won't regret it!

The best dance studio in all New York. When I first started I had no confidence. I've always wanted to take a pole dancing class but I didn't know I was going to enjoy it this much. Heather, Cassie and Kat are amazing teachers and they take their time explaining each move to you and pushing you out of your comfort zone. I have NEVER been so happy with myself. If you ever think you can't do it... just go to one class. I can promise you, these girls will change your mind. I can't thank these girls enough! also there are flexibility classes, chair dances and more.... you'll never be bored!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

Shimmy shimmy is a great workout, confidence boost, and so much fun. It is a safe and welcoming environment. You can be at any level or any age to take classes. Heather the owner and teacher is so kind and inspirational. I always have a blast going to her classes. Ever since I started going, I have seen more muscles in my arms than ever before. My body has become toned and that was my goal. So if you want a new fun way to workout, I definitely say go to shimmy shimmy. It is a challenge but, so worth it.
