HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. Office people never answer they never answer the phone. They don't keep up with important paper work. The outside grounds are filthy. They play favorites with certain residents. An kick others out for no reason or because there office staff isn't doing there job correctly. Too much traffic in an out of parking lot all hours of the nite waking people up. No maintenance that actually do there job. Windows are very poor. Apartments stay cold in winter an hot in summer. Thermostat never works right.

I’m a current resident here and I just wanted to say it is so good to see management in the office that cares about the residents and the property! I witnessed them PERSONALLY picking up trash. It really looks so good out here.

Walls are terribly thin.. You can hear every convo and dogs barking ALL DAY to where you can't ignore it. Office staff NEVER answers the phone or returns calls, but their cars are there and they just sitting there when you walk in.. SO SLOW at fixing work orders and never handles neighbor complaints... CHEAP APPLIANCES AND POORLY INSULATED WINDOWS which leads me to the thermostat that NEVER worked and jacked up the bill ... Irresponsible parents letting their kids run around disturbing others and DIRTY STAIRWAYS that never get cleaned or sprayed off . .. save your time!!

Office personal cant ever be reached when calling the office no one returns calls back. This place is a joke. When someone finally answered an I told them what was going on they said they couldnt get in the middle of it an address the issue. Really your tenant tore the screen off of my son's window to get in my apartment to have an affair with my husband. An theres nothing you can do? She tore up your property first off. An 2nd of all she had no right entering my appartment. And 3rd of all shes making it a hostile living environment. Something needs done to her. Naomi Henderson bld 2 apartment 11 is who tore up the screen an had an affair with my husband. And it's very noisy.
